This document is a public offer (hereinafter "Agreement") of Servox (hereinafter "Provider") to provide game server hosting services. By registering an account and making a payment, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
The Provider offers game server hosting services including server deployment, management panel access, FTP access, MySQL database, automatic updates, and technical support. Service specifications and pricing are listed on the respective game pages.
Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the time of order. The Provider reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received. Prices may be updated with 14 days prior notice.
Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of the initial purchase if the service has not been actively used. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Users must not use the services for illegal activities, distribution of malicious software, or any activity that disrupts other users. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Provider aims for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. The Provider is not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party services, or user actions.
The Provider is not responsible for data loss due to user actions. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.
The Provider may update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
